This policy explains what information Orbiqon collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you register for a camp, ask for a callback or leave feedback with “contact me”: your name and phone number, and any optional details the form asks for (such as email, age group or city). We never ask for medical history or conditions in these forms — please don't include them.
- Anonymous usage: pages viewed, videos played and buttons tapped, linked to a random session id that is not tied to you. We honour “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control. This data is deleted after 90 days; only totals are kept.
- Feedback without “contact me”: your rating and comment only, with no contact details.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request (confirm a registration, call you back, follow up on feedback) and to improve our services. We record your consent and the version of the text you agreed to.
Who can see it
Only authorised Orbiqon staff. Phone numbers are masked in staff screens; viewing a full number is logged. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Registration, inquiry and feedback contact details are kept for up to 12 months after your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Contact us below; we respond within 30 days.
